My Home, Hiks hiks hiks

Below is a part condition of my house, hiks...hiks....hiks... out of my expectation.
I still have to pay the mortgage but the house can not be habitable. other effects, I still have to live in a rented house and paying rent every month.Ouw .... its really out of my expectation.
I think, if I have a house to save money but the fact is actually a waste of money and disappointment..
What must I do?
